In order to make your visit as safe as possible Treasure Island and the Florida Department of Transportation are installing several new pedestrian crosswalks along Gulf Boulevard.
Treasure Island Things to Do
Treasure Island’s best-known attraction is our beach which is made up of three miles of white sandy beach bordered by the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. You can walk along the seashore or take a stroll on the Treasure Island Beach Trail.
The Treasure Island Beach Trail is a mile-long walkway along the east side of the beach. The Treasure Island Beach Trail provides easy access to the motels, restaurants, and bars that make up the heart of Treasure Island’s hotel district. Treasure Island’s downtown provides several clothing stores, a drug store, banks, liquor stores, florists, restaurants, bars and soon a new grocery store.
John’s Pass Village borders the north end of Treasure Island while St. Pete Beach to the south has a large number of stores, restaurants and bars. St. Petersburg is to the east of Treasure Island and boasts of Major League Baseball and a busy downtown district.)

Sunset Beach is located in Treasure Island, FL. It features a boardwalk that encircles the tip of the island and is ideal for fishing or taking a leisurely stroll.
Sunset Vista Park

Treasure Bay Golf and Tennis Offers Pickleball
The Treasure Bay Golf and Tennis Center is offering Pickleball beginning March 2, 2016. Pickleball is the fastest-growing sport in the country! Come to Treasure Bay located at 10315 Paradise Blvd. in Treasure Island for your chance to find out about this exciting game. Treasure Bay will be offering an Introduction to Pickleball for Beginners on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9-11 am. Instruction will be provided from 9-10 am with play from 10-11 am.
