Valleyfair is a smaller Cedar Fair park located in Shakopee MN (about 20 mins. from Minneapolis). Amusement parks are wonderful places that are good for celebrating family events and friendly gatherings. Like in my case, my friends had planned a surprise for my birthday. Well, it was my birthday last year and no one in my workplace cared.
The park opened in 1976. It has grown into the largest amusement park in the upper Mid West featuring 75 rides and attractions including 8 roller coasters.
I was ‘down in the dumps’ and thought I should leave as soon as possible. Just as I reached the cafeteria I heard my friends yelling ‘Happy Birthday’. My joy knew no bounds when I came to know that a surprise birthday bash awaits me at Valley Fair Minnesota.

A couple of months back, my cousins had been to Valley Fair and they couldn’t stop raving about Valleyfair Amusement Park. There are a bunch of colorful and enjoyable shows for the whole family of which I liked ‘Charlie Brown’s Hoedown’ the most.

I had an amazing time at Valley Fair Minnesota Soak City, the Water Park is part of Valley Fair. It was a sunny day and it was a great feeling to soak ourselves in the crystal clear pools.
Raging Rapids and the Wave looked scary, yet I enjoyed the tube ride. We had a great time at the water slides and so we decided to take some rest at a cabana and enjoyed having scrumptious pizzas and cheeseburgers.
I wanted to become a kid myself when I saw the kids enjoying themselves at the ‘Splash Station’ at Valley Fair Waterpark in Minnesota.
