Downtown L.A. Film Festival Goes Green With Free Sustainable LA
The “living green, living great” crowd is converging on the Plaza Level of 7+FIG at Ernst & Young Plaza for a day of free fun for eco-friendly urbanites.

Corinne Trang, the “Julia Child of Asian Cuisine,” who demonstrates why Asia boasts the world’s original sustainable cuisine—entirely based on local ingredients and regional climates and cultures. Check out her new book Noodles Every Day.
Bridgett Fernandez, fashion maven and author of Born Again Vintage, shows how to recreate, revamp, and recycle average vintage pieces through on-site demonstrations.
Kelly Coyne and Erik Knutzen, authors of The Urban Homestead: Your Guide to Self-Sufficient Living in the Heart of the City and the Home Grown Revolution blog describe their unique outlook on farming and gardening in an urban setting.
Afterwards, head to the eco-friendly party 7 – 11pm at the fest’s Cinema Lounge at The AT&T Center, 1150 South Olive between
